HTYS
Patient Recognition and Guidance System (PRGS - HTYS in Turkish) is an integrated device, that provides registration of the patients who applies to a Healthcare Institue. Within the structure, the device contains; an LCD screen that shows the information from database according to commands by barcode scanner, a thermal printer that provides to communicate with the user, a barcode scanner that provides to transfer patient details into system, a motion sensor to ensure take action of the system, audio outputs and speakers for communicating to user by voice, ventilation ducts to prevent heating, open/close switchs, four power outlets , computer system and announce microphone. Qualified and modern health services is presented by HTYS systems.

 

General Feautures :

Usage of HTYS is simple and user-friendly, because of informing and guiding the patient. If the patient has applied to the hospital previously and has barcode, goes directly to HTYS system and uses the barcode. If the patient comes to the hospital for the first time, goes to the unit which gives barcode labels, and gets his/her barcode after registration process. Patient who uses his/her own HTYS barcode on the polyclinic door, is registered by the system. Software connects to GSS (General Health Insurance) web services and queries for the authorization process. If the automatic-authorization process is successful, shows the queue number on LCD Monitor of HTYS. Additionally, gives the successful or unsuccessful receipt on thermal paper. Sorting method of the patients (in progress, count of waiting patients etc.) can be configured via software. There is a patient call system in the polyclinic. Next patient or the selected patient is called in sequence of patient type (special, old, war veteran, emergency, appointment) Additionally, there is a messaging system, any written message is shown remarkable on the monitor of HTYS as subtitle.
