KİOSK
KIOSK is an integrated system with Metasoft Dentassist Software, which provides patients to access the system by touch screen, or barcode labels
given by hospital.Patients may choose from a list of doctors or polyclinics, or may apply for queue/appointment.
Under favour of KIOSK, instead of patient admission banks and without any help of hospital official; they can access the system by identity barcodes,
which are previously given via scanner on the KIOSK, or typing the social ID number on the numerical screen.
The system compares the patient name, then patients choose the polyclinic
on the touch screen. After choosing polyclinic, doctor selection is done from the doctor list for that polyclinic.Finally, the system
automaticly performs the authorization process for that person on the background.If the patient is beneficiary, visual and written information message
is obtained for the desired doctor.
In case of patient is not beneficiary, visual and written information message is obtained again, and goes to the unit that forwarded by the system.
After necessary regularizations are done,patient can use the Kiosk again.
USAGE OF KIOSK :

Patients can login to the system either by identity barcode labels given by the hospital, or touching the "PRESS HERE TO ENTER YOUR T.C. IDENTITY NUMBER" button on the LCD screen. And then, may able to apply for queue/appointment from the operation selection screen.
When "APPLY FOR QUEUE NUMBER" button clicked, doctor information appears for the patient's previous visit. Once pressing the "APPLY QUEUE" button,
patient forwarding to his/her doctor is performed after a successful authorization process and patient registration for that person on the background.
Barcode label is given to the patient after any positive or negative result.If the result is in negative case, patient is informed by the barcode label,
with the reason of the error.
In case of patient has no assigned doctor, or has no previous doctor, "SELECT ANOTHER DOCTOR" button can be clicked to choose the desired one.
(Most suitable doctor is being found). After choosing the doctor, forwarding barcode label is taken from the KIOSK.
Making An Appointment over the Kiosk:
When "MAKE AN APPOINTMENT" button is clicked on the operation menu, a screen appears for selecting the desired cylinics. Patient selects the cylinic, and
doctor list is being showed for that polyclinic.After the selection of the doctor, suitable hours for the appointment to that doctor is listed on a
timetable. Once the patient selects appointment time, a screen is showed for the patient to accept all of these selections. If they're verified by the patient,
appointment is saved to the system and Appointment Receipt is taken over the kiosk.
